This particular room is located on the ground floor and features a spacious private veranda with a table and chairs, overlooking the garden and the olive trees.
The king-size canopy bed has a very comfortable mattress. Guests can choose between memory foam or fibre pillows.
The bathroom includes a large walk-in shower with both rain and waterfall shower heads.
Wi-Fi is available in this room.
A shared rooftop terrace is also available for all guests, furnished with tables and armchairs — the perfect place to enjoy the view of Capo Caccia and the beautiful sunset.
Please note that this is a countryside house. Occasionally a small insect may appear, even though rooms are cleaned very carefully.

My name is Martina. I’m originally from Milan, but I decided to move to Sardinia, close to the sea, to create a simpler and better quality of life, one with more space, more nature and more time.
Casale Valverde is a reflection of what I was looking for and what I now enjoy sharing with my guests.
I love good food, the outdoors and above all the sea.
Although I am not originally from Sardinia, over time I have come to know this area well, and I am always happy to share my recommendations, from beaches to restaurants and local experiences.
Casale Valverde is the result of a complex and careful restoration of a derelict farmhouse. After years of abandonment, exposed to weather, animals, and overgrowth, it has now been brought back to life. The restoration was led by a talented architect, my husband, who preserved the shape and the building character, while introducing a clean, modern, minimalist style.
